Challenge Navigation

  1. Immediately after signing up, you will receive your login to the 21 Day Hero Member Zone. Your login information will also be sent to your per email.  
  2. Once you login to the Member Zone, you will be able to see your Challenge on the Dashboard.
  3. Click on the respective Challenge to access your onboarding material and Challenge Guide pdf.
  4. Starting from Day 1 till 21, you’ll be getting daily info with a clear action to take + daily knowledge and inspiration nugget. Daily content unlocks each day of the challenge – you will also receive a daily reminder per e-mail.
  5. You’ll be able to track your overall challenge progress on the Dashboard and also using the Progress Tracking Sheet in the Challenge guide. 
  6. To make sure you’re getting the most of your challenge, you will get invited to join an exclusive Facebook community. Your habit coaches and other challenge takers will be there to check in with you regularly and ask any questions you might have.

Our challenges are designed with a busy lifestyle in mind. Your daily tasks and learnings shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes a day.

We sometimes recommend you to watch a longer video/podcast for further learning – this is optional and can be watched once in your own pace. 

Joining Facebook group is optional – it’s a great chance to interact with others and make connections, yet you can perfectly fine do the challenge without joining the group. 

You will receive daily content and emails from us to keep you motivated, and can always reach out to our team per email if needed. 

Challenge benefits reflect the real-life experiences of individuals who have finished our 21-day challenges or are based on scientific studies related to the challenge topic. However, individual results may vary and we do not guarantee you will experience the same benefits and results as others.

Meal Plan Navigation

  1. Immediately after signing up, you will receive your login to the 21 Day Hero Member Zone. Your login information will also be sent to your per email.  
  2. Once you login to the Member Zone, you will be able to see your Meal Plan on the Dashboard.
  3. Once you click on the respective meal plan, you will be redirected to a new page where you will be able to download the meal plan.
  4. Download the meal plan and save it to your device. We recommend printing the meal plan for easier use.

Yes, you can see a snippet of the meal plan before buying it. The snippet is present at the bottom of the Summary page. 

The meal plans are prepared with a guidance of a Registered Dietitian and are aimed to offer a balanced nutrition for your unique weight goals.

Expected weight loss results  reflect the real-life experience of individuals who have followed our meal plans for 21 days. However, individual results may vary and we do not guarantee you will experience the same benefits and results as others.

Our Intermittent Fasting meal plan is designed to help you lose weight in a healthy and sustainable weight. However, if you want to accelerate your results, you can simply reduce your daily kcal intake by ~400kcal.

You can do that by reducing portions by 25% or skipping the snack.

!!! We do not recommend consuming less than 1200 kcal a day in any case, as this is not healthy and/or sustainable. 

The examples used in the 21 day meal plan are for 16/8 Intermittent Fasting plan, however you can adjust it to your own fasting schedule, whether it’s 18/6, 15/9 or other.

Please note, however, that this plan is not optimized for OMAD or Alternate-Day Fasting schedule.

After you have read the general information and FAW, we recommend you divide the meal plan into 3 weeks. Each week starts with a separate shopping list followed by daily recipes. 

The meals do repeat some days on purpose – this is so that you don’t have to cook each day something new and can learn to ‘work’ with leftovers. Over long time, this is more sustainable because our lives get busy and we don’t always have time to cook something new. And… end up eating something unhealthy.

Having leftovers help you to avoid such temptations.

Yes, you can slightly adjust the meals with products that are closer to your heart but still has a similar nutritional value.

For example, replacing some of the vegetables in the plan with the ones you normally buy. Or replacing one type of fish with the fish/meat you like etc. As long as the products have similar nutritional value, it’s fine to do these smaller swaps.

Please review the FAQ section in the beginning of your Meal Plan where we answer questions such as what to drink while fasting, how to pick fasting schedule, what foods to choose in the grossary shop etc. 

Billing and Support

If you haven’t received your email from 21 Day Hero, please check your spam/junk and promotions folder – it might have accidentally landed there. You can also make a search in your inbox for an email from hello@21dayhero.com. 

If after doing the search you are still unable to locate our email, please reach out to us on support@21dayhero.com . We will do our best to help you out! 

If your payment was declined, please check the expiration date of your card, or if you have another card please try using that one instead. 

If it still doesn’t work, please contact your bank or credit card company to fix the issue.

We accept payments via main credit cards. 

Yes, all our products are a one-time payment and not a subscription.

If you want to continue your diet after the 21-day period, you will have to purchase a new meal plan. No additional charges will ever occur.

Let’s be honest, free things do not motivate us. Cognitive psychologists found out why and they call it loss aversion. In simple terms, we are more motivated by fear of losing rather than the satisfaction of gaining.

It might sound counter-intuitive, but by paying for a challenge, you have a higher chance of successfully completing it and therefore enjoying all the benefits associated with it.

Also – it supports us and our team to keep providing you a ton of useful content that we share every week for free.

We have no-questions-asked refund policy for all refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the nature of the intellectual property, we will not be able to provide refunds after that. Exceptions can be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by reasonable evidence, or if you contact us at support@21dayhero.com.

In the days when we might feel like our data is mistreated more often when we want to, at 21 Day Hero we put a great emphasis on making sure your privacy is respected at all times.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not and will never share any personal data we collect (like Name and Email) with any third parties unless we have your clear permission.
